What we collect

• Details you type in our forms — mobile number, and if you give them: name, age, gender, area, address, preferred date / time and the tests or packages you want.
• Anonymous website statistics — pages visited, the website or search engine you came from, device type, browser, searches made on our test list, and clicks on call / WhatsApp buttons. We do not store your IP address; each browser is counted with an anonymous code that changes every day.

How we use it

• To call you or message you on WhatsApp about the booking or call back you asked for, confirm prices and arrange home sample collection.
• To share your sample details with our partner laboratory (Thyrocare) so it can be tested and your report sent to you.
• To understand which tests people look for, so we can improve our website and services.

We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not send promotional messages unless you ask for them.

How long we keep it

Booking details are kept only as long as needed for your booking, reports and our legal records. Anonymous statistics are deleted automatically after about 13 months.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the details you shared. Call 82878 28253, WhatsApp us, or email info@thyrocaretests.in.

Payments and safety

We never ask for OTPs, card PINs or passwords. Payment is made at the time of sample collection or to the UPI ID shared by our official number.
